Ordering
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you may checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:

What if I forget my password?
On the login page, click “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password.
What if I entered the wrong email address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your email, name, and shipping address, but we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed.
Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in USD. If your payment method is in another currency, the final amount will be determined by your card issuer at the prevailing exchange rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via SSL-encrypted secure servers. Your credit card details are transmitted securely and are never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, even after confirmation. If payment has already been authorized and the order is canceled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

How do I set my shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address is entered in English characters only. If your address contains non-English characters, replace them with the closest English equivalent.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified. We recommend providing a residential address instead of a temporary address, as customs clearance may vary.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details (usually within 24 hours). Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Can I apply multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
What should I do if items are missing from my order?

Shipping & Customs
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Processing usually takes 2–3 business days, with shipping the following business day. During sales or peak periods, processing may take longer.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices listed are tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for customs delays. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Is my order eligible for free shipping?
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders that meet the minimum spend requirement. Exclusions may apply to discounted, sale, oversized, or overweight items.
Returns
How do I return an item?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide return instructions if your request is approved. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
What if my order is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
How long does the returns process take?
Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving your item. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or card issuer.
