How do I return an item?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions once your return is approved.
We only accept items purchased directly from https://Waresluck.com. For items purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items must be unused and in the same condition as when we shipped them to you, in their original packaging. We will not accept returns with stains, folded cards, or damaged seals or plastic foil. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange items if they are not returned in acceptable condition. Personalized products are not refundable or exchangeable.
Items that are non-returnable include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, and items damaged by customer mishandling.
Returns without a receipt may be rejected. Waresluck reserves the right to refuse any returns.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Did you receive a defective or incorrect item? Are you simply dissatisfied with your order?

Video or photo of the defective item (if available)

In some cases, you may be required to provide video or photo proof of the defective item in order to receive a refund or exchange.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you require a refund, please submit your request within 30 days of receiving your item. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused, and intact packaging.

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 3-5 business days.
After approval, the refund will be made to your original payment account, typically taking 3-7 business days.
How long does the return process take?
Returns may take up to 14 business days to process from the date we receive your return. We will confirm your return via email once the return has been processed.
Defective items will be fully refunded upon return. For non-defective items, the refund will not include all shipping and handling charges.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be made to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to your card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the return or canceling your order. If you have any questions, please contact your card-issuing bank to determine when your refund will be credited.
If you have not received your refund for your return, please follow these steps:

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be sure to include your order number and the changes you would like to make. We will confirm your changes once they have been processed.
Cancelling an order after it's been placed will incur a 30% cancellation fee, regardless of when the order was placed (even if it was only a fraction of a second late), as the merchant processor/credit card will charge cancellation fees.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
